- What does Nolly Studio build?
- Nolly Studio is a one-person AI product studio that designs and ships AI-native products: agent systems, AI chat and RAG platforms, white-label AI platforms, and design-engineered interfaces. Engagements are fixed price and fixed scope, built on Next.js, TypeScript, and the Vercel AI SDK.
- How much does it cost to build an AI product?
- At Nolly Studio, an AI Architecture Sprint starts at $7,500 (1–2 weeks), a production Build Sprint starts at $30,000 (4–8 weeks), and Fractional CTO and white-label platform retainers start at $10,000/month. Every price is fixed before work begins.
- Why fixed price instead of hourly?
- You know the number before we start. I begin from production-grade patterns I've already built and open-sourced, so you're paying for outcomes and speed, not hourly keystrokes.
- What stack do you work in?
- I ship with TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel AI SDK, shadcn/Tailwind, Postgres/Supabase, and Stripe, deployed on Vercel, AWS, or GCP. Model-agnostic on the LLM side: your context and workflows shouldn't be locked to one vendor.
- Can you work inside a regulated industry?
- Yes. I built generative AI inside a top-10 US digital bank, including the PII masking approach that was open-sourced into LangChain.js. Compliance-constrained AI is familiar territory.
- Do you take equity or rev-share deals?
- Cash engagements are the default. Occasionally I'll take equity or rev-share for the right white-label partnership. That's tier three.
- Who is this not for?
- Local marketing sites, managed hosting, IT administration, legacy migrations, staff augmentation, and open-ended research. If that's the need, I'll point you to a foundation partner who does it well. This studio only ships defined AI products.
